Ali is the Head of Shadforth, New South Wales and South Australia

In this role, Ali is responsible for leading the state team and creating an environment that facilitates the smooth delivery of our advice services.

Education and experience

Ali commenced his career in Investment Research but soon developed a passion for financial services. After joining Avenue Capital Management in 2006, Ali has benefited from working with some of the industry’s leading financial advisers and leading high performing teams. Ali joined Shadforth in 2014 after gaining experience in both corporate and boutique financial services businesses.

Passionate about leadership and client outcomes, Ali is a strong promoter of team engagement and driving an exceptional client experience.

Ali holds a Bachelor in Economics and Bachelor of Applied Finance, and is a current Authorised Representative.

Outside of work

Outside of work, Ali is kept busy by his teenage son. He also enjoys hiking, watching, playing and coaching basketball, and you’ll often find him trying out the latest restaurants around Sydney.
