Education and experience

Originally from Vietnam, Diem immigrated to Australia with her family over 30 years ago. Diem's journey to Australia was filled with multiple challenges and financial uncertainty, and she witnessed the struggles her family faced in navigating unfamiliar financial systems, language barriers, and cultural practices.

Determined to make a positive difference, Diem decided to pursue a career as a financial adviser, helping others by providing practical financial guidance to build a prosperous future.

With over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry in Australia, Diem specialises in providing comprehensive financial planning services tailored to all walks of life. She has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals and families transitioning to a new country and is passionate about helping people achieve financial stability and success.

Diem believes in the importance of planning for the unexpected and the need for an adaptable financial roadmap. With a genuine desire to see her clients succeed, Diem focuses on creating personalised strategies that align with their unique needs and aspirations.

She holds the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance from Curtin University
• Accredited SMSF Association Specialist
• Member of the Financial Advice Association of Australia (FAAA) and SMSF Association.

Diem is fluent in both English and Vietnamese, allowing her to effectively serve clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Away from work, Diem enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and making lasting memories.
