Mark in his own words

The driving force behind my choosing a career as a financial adviser is the enjoyment that comes with helping clients achieve financial freedom and seeing them create and protect their financial legacy for future generations.

I have over twenty years advisory experience working with professionals, business owners and wealthy families. For those with limited time to manage their own personal financial goals and objectives, I provide advice that is outcomes based and built on financial objectivity, expertise and discipline.

I specialise in providing strategic, tailored financial advice to assist professionals and business owners in successfully implementing and managing their superannuation (including Self Managed Super Funds), personal and business insurance needs and investment portfolios.

Education and experience

Mark holds the following qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Economics, Deakin University (Melbourne);
• Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning, Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA);
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) certification, Financial Planning Association of Australia (FPA);
• Master of Professional Ethics, University of New South Wales (UNSW);
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) – Executive, Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM); and
• Member of the Financial Advice Association Australia (FAAA).

Outside of work

Away from work, Mark enjoys spending time with his young family and is an avid listener of classical and jazz music. He is also a former Foundation Board Member of the St Vincent’s Medical Research Institute and continues to support the vital research that they do.
